The world as we know it around the 24th Century, in 2364 to be exact, has expanded into the cosmos. Mankind has taken on a post humanist framework and now all human entities have been segmented into one overarching label, we are all the demographic designated Earth-indigenous. Although the human race has expanded into the universe, colonies still experience climate change over centuries of habitation on other worlds. This is an ongoing problem since the turn of the 21st Century on Earth; our origin planet, far and wide, people have trusted in their instinctual self to solve this conflict. Over the centuries, our psyche has evolved through emergent phenomena, so we rely on a spirit-bond with our ancestors and some have noted in many codices; that we are able to control many species of clouds. This helps deal with atmosphere and climate augmentation.

  After terraforming has been completed by new colonists; cumulus, cirrus and alto-cumulus clouds are easily seeded by regular folk, to help cultivation and prosper new growth in regions around the universe, the weather augmentation kite is flown. Sometimes the climate gets too hot or cold, so inhabitants use weather augmentation to deal with issues before there is a climate crisis.
